What are eStatements?
eStatements are electronic (PDF file) copies of your Citizens State Bank account statements. The eStatement is a copy and contains all of the same information that you receive via your standard statement. The benefit of an eStatement is that you receive your statement online a day or two earlier than a mailed statement and you can view, print or save a copy of your bank statement at your convenience.

To access your eStatement, you will need the following:

• Access to CSBank’s Online Banking
  
• An active email account
  
• A PC or Mac with access to the Internet
  
• A printer
  
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher or Netscape Communicator or Navigator 4.06 or higher with 128-bit encryption
  
• Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 or higher is recommended

How do I sign-up?
Signing up is easy! Log in to your CSBank Online Banking account, click the Account Access tab, click on the Online Services tab, select the statement you want to view online from the drop down menu, review and complete the Enrollment Agreement and press the Submit button. Once you have completed these steps, we will receive an email stating you have signed-up for this service. You will then receive a confirmation email from us.

How often will I receive an email notification?
Each time your statement becomes available, you will receive an email notification from the bank.

How do I view statements online?
To view your statement online, sign in to your CSBank Online Banking account, click the Online Services tab, select the account you have signed-up for eStatements from the drop down menu, then just click on the month you wish to view.

Will my online statement look the same as the paper one I receive in the mail?
Yes, your online statement will be in the same format and will contain the same information as your paper statement. It is legally acceptable, even for record keeping purposes. You can also print a statement in the same format as a standard paper statement.

Will I stop receiving paper statements for my accounts?
Yes

How do I know if I have any accounts eligible to receive online statements?
Your eligible accounts will be displayed in the drop down menu on the Online Services screen. Any account you hold that is ineligible will not appear.

Can I go back to receiving paper statements after I’ve made the switch?
Yes, you can return to paper statements at any time by contacting us.
