SHAZAM R.A.D.A.R

Protecting you from unauthorized use of your debit card is one of our top priorities at Citizens State Bank. To mitigate fraud, we have partnered with SHAZAM, our electronic funds transfer network, to implement a monitoring system called SHAZAM R.A.D.A.R to help guard your debit card against fraudulent activity.

Using a neutral network, our system “learns” your debit card habits. Your debit card is monitored 24 hours a day. If suspicious activity is detected on your debit card, you will be contacted by Citizens State Bank or a SHAZAM fraud specialist to verify the transaction in question. If, after two attempts to contact you, we do not receive your verification and the card risk is great, your card will be blocked from use. SHAZAM’s contact center is open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the hopes that 12 hours will allow adequate time to respond.

For the smoothest process possible, we ask that customers provide a primary and secondary phone number. It is also important to keep this information current, so if there are changes we ask that you contact us immediately. We will keep your contact information confidential and will NOT ask for your card or PIN number.
